本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Avarice（以下「当店」）が提供するサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。 お客様は、当店のサービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

当店は、飲食の提供および、ギャラリー展示やイベント等の関連サービスを、実店舗において提供します。
3. 禁止事項
お客様は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 当店または第三者に不利益、損害を与える行為
- 当店の運営を妨げる行為
4. 免責事項
当店は、提供するサービスについて、その完全性、正確性、安全性を保証するものではありません。 当店の利用により生じた損害について、当店の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負わないものとします。
5. サービス内容の変更・中断
当店は、事前の通知なく、サービスの内容を変更、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。
6. 準拠法および管轄
本規約は、日本法に準拠します。 本規約に関して生じた紛争については、日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。
